Last week Nathan had preschool on one of the days that the Cardinals had a playoff game. I have been reading this girl's blog for about 1 1/2 years now and she always does fun lunches for her son. I don't think I'm ambitious or creative enough to make him fun lunches every day, but I definitely had fun making this one! Now he asks for "baseball pancakes" all of the time-ha! (He calls peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on the round bread "pancakes.")
