My dad turned 29...again...on October 23rd. This year we celebrated at our house and I cooked dinner. He chose homemade pizza and German chocolate cake. In my opinion, everything ALWAYS tastes better when Mom makes it, but I wanted to try to make her German chocolate cake. It was yummy, but it still didn't measure up to Mom's!
