Will's First Haircut

Will's hair was getting a little long and he had a baby mullet, so it was time for him to visit Ali.  We picked out a Baby Einstein video, put him in the race car (just like we did with Nathan for his first haircut) and Ali worked her magic.  Seriously, she does such a great job with keeping the boys.  Will wasn't as difficult to keep still though...he seriously sat so still and only looked away to see who the person was fiddling with his hair and to play with the electric clippers.  The electric trimmers were by far Will's favorite part.  As in he was belly laughing from the moment she touched them to his arm to warm him up to them until the second she turned them off.  He kept grabbing for them and she'd touch his arm, he'd laugh.  Oh. my. gosh.  Melted my heart to hear him laugh like that.

Who are you and what are you doing?  (Notice Nathan smiling for the camera to the left?  He's a turkey.  If I asked him to smile he'd look the other way and squint his eyes!)

Mohawk picture.  (I want to eat those cheeks.)

Here come the trimmers...

"Let me test that out..."

"ooooohhh...that feels funny!"

And the laughing starts-look at that smile!

"Hey Mom, these things are cool!  Can we get some for Christmas??"  (What is it with my kids and electrical appliances...Nathan with vacuums, will with electric trimmers?!?!  Ha!)

"Man, haircuts are fun!  At first, it was boring, but when you factor in the electric trimmers, this might be my best experience yet!"

Happy Boy!
And just for fun, pictures from Nathan's first haircut!  Can you tell who Ali had an easier time giving a haircut to?

I'll give you one guess.
