This summer we decided to go visit Joe's family for our summer vacation. It was the perfect vacation spot for us since both boys still nap and going anywhere else is pretty difficult because someone is always napping! We got to Los Fresnos on June 16th. The boys were exhausted because we completely missed naptime. We got to Joe's parents' house, rested for a little while, and then headed out for dinner at Ol' D's (get it? Ol-dies??) On the way Nathan fell asleep in the car, so I sat in the car with him while Joe, Will, Joe's parents, and other family members ordered and waited for the food. It worked out well because the restaurant makes everything to order so they don't start cooking a thing until you order it. Nathan ended up getting a pretty good nap outside and then we went in and ate. They have HUGE burgers and really yummy shakes. Nathan decided to gets a sundae instead and he ate every single bit of it!

| Will had to have some ice cream, too and luckily Dada was nice enough to share his shake with Will. (Will is so excited about ice cream he is clapping!) |
 |
| This picture makes me laugh. Nathan sat at the big kid table first of all. Then, he ate his sundae and they were gracious enough to show him how to finish off his ice cream-ha! Told you he ate every last bite of his sundae! |
After dinner came dancing! Aunt Kathy and Uncle Robert were great dancers and Will had to cut in on Uncle Robert so that he could have a chance to dance!
Nathan's turn! He chose Kaylah to dance with-he's crazy about her!
 |
| Nathan then found someone else to dance with after a while. (Totally random lady by the way!) |
 |
| Too pooped to dance anymore! |
 |
| After a long night of dancing, there is no better way to end the day than reading a bedtime story with "My Cousin Andrew". |
The next day was Father's Day! We got up, the boys played with the trains for a while with Grandpa, then Joe, Grandpa, and "Cousin Andrew" went to buy groceries for dinner that night. They bought lots of yummy food to grill. While they were gone Nana and I worked on blowing up the pool for the boys. In the afternoon Nathan played in the pool and we played until it was time for dinner. We grilled steak and chicken for dinner. It was a very relaxing day!

| Bib experimentation. The towel with a string did the job the best! |
