Christmas with Mimi & Bapa

After leaving Georgiann's house we went back to my parents' house so that the boys could nap and we could celebrate Christmas.  Since we spent Christmas in Texas this year, we celebrated Christmas with everyone early.  We enjoyed the entire day and Nathan LOVED helping everyone open their gifts.  My parents got Will a grocery cart for him to push around and got Nathan a hot wheels type bike.  Nathan also got a car that came with a drill so that he can take it apart and put it back together again.  That was probably his favorite gift from Mimi and Bapa!  They each got much more, but those were the two big gifts that they seemed to play with the most!
After opening gifts we ate dinner.  My mom fixed one of my favorites-turkey gumbo and cornbread-and for dessert peppermint ice cream sandwich cake.  It was all so yummy!  After dinner we "opened" our stockings and the boys played with their toys.

We had a wonderful Sunday celebrating Christmas with everyone in St. Louis!

Baby's First Christmas!

They really do adore each other even though they pester the other one to death! :)
Finally a good one!
Will kept stealing the bows off of every body's gifts!  This one got stuck to his thumb and he couldn't get it off-ha!
Will with his RED gifts!
Nathan with his GREEN gifts!
After about 5.2 minutes of opening gifts, Will decided eating would be much more fun that opening gifts (surprise, surprise!).  So, we pulled his highchair into the family room, gave him snacks, and he was a happy camper!  He wasn't too into gift-opening so Joe ended up opening most of his presents!
The bow obsession continues!
